our work, our pride

At Rubixx, we relish the challenge of creating a single, unified security and automation solution for your project. To us, that one perfect solution is never achieved with blinkers on – we need to consider the big picture, seeking out peripheral clues and taking full advantage of all integration and automation opportunities to create a holistic solution.

It’s a different approach that reaps the rewards for all. We think outside the box to exploit the full power of the products we use to ensure the solution enhances your asset on a multitude of levels.

For example, a ProtegeGX system will take care of a site's security, access control, and automation needs, in addition to the needs of individual tenancies within.

  • Intruder detection
  • Access control
  • Lift control
  • Lighting automation
  • Schedules
  • Activity activation
  • Emergency activation (e.g. fire alarms)

Every detail is considered if it’s right for your needs and the success of the solution. It’s this approach that sees us go beyond expectation with features that are startlingly helpful. We can monitor things like car park carbon monoxide, water tank levels, control lighting, pool pumps and garden reticulation, with alarm activation that reports to you via push notification and/or email, and via a monitoring station. We can even fit wireless locks to your doors to offer real time investment property management control.

It’s all about applying imagination to create better scenarios. For instance, a basic scenario might look something like this......say you’re the first person to arrive at work in the pre-dawn hours. With thoughtful automation, one press of your remote fob opens the carpark gate and turns on the flood lights for your safety. The gate closes behind you but the lights stay on so you can safely enter the building. Badging your fob at the door not only unlocks it but also automatically disarms the alarm. The internal lights are switched on, as are the staff kitchen power outlets for the toaster, kettle, microwave, TV, etc. When the last employee leaves in the evening, the process is reversed. The appliances and internal lights are switched off and the alarm armed. The flood lights stay on until the employee has left the carpark and the gate closed behind them. Automation uses your existing infrastructure to add safety and convenience.

It takes a complex approach, but the result for you is engineered simplicity.
