We’ve been using ICT’s flagship product, Protege, exclusively since its release over fourteen years ago. Protege brings together four key components to create one unified integration solution, enabling you to control your entire site from a single interface.

  1. Access Control
    Restrict and monitor the movement of people within the premises to enhance safety and security

  2. Intrusion Detection
    Detect unauthorised access, display an alert and / or audible alarm, send a notification to the monitoring station

  3. Building Automation
    Monitor and control a wide range of building functions such as lighting, HVAC, Carpark CO2, Exhaust Fans, Pool Heating and pumps, Sump pumps, Electricity supply failure, Genset monitoring, and other building systems.

  4. Third Party Integration
    Exchange data with third party systems e.g. CCTV & NVRs, CRM systems, HR systems, Self storage software, Wireless locking systems, ATM & vault locks.

To ensure working with ICT equipment is second nature to us, we've completed training and accreditation by ICT in New Zealand and are proudly a member of the ICT Dealer Network. This is mandatory for companies deploying ProtegeGX, with recertification via a comprehensive examination required every year.

Third party integration

A key aspect of the ICT philosophy is the ability to integrate with third party systems, enabling customers to maximise the infrastructure and IT investments they already have available on site while adding value to their existing technology. Third party integrations allows different systems to talk to each other. For example, SALTO wireless door locks, or CCTV systems. The result is a unified system highly effective across a wide range of applications, from sports facilities to 24-hour fitness centres, human resource systems and more.
